Interstate Restoration is a national emergency response restoration and general contractor specializing in the return of compromised property to their pre-loss condition. We work with our clients to restore their properties.  Our team restores commercial, multifamily, hospitality, educational properties from water damages, flood, fire, smoke and natural disasters.

The Account Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, executing the Sales and Marketing Strategy.  Primary responsibilities include marketing, to identify and maintain strategic relationships with customers, vendors and partners as well as implement internal and external strategies to improve efficiency and customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Actively participate in industry related associations
  • Represent/act as Interstate spokesperson at meetings, local functions and tradeshows
  • Identify and develop key partner strategies for specific market segments
  • Collaborate/coordinate project leads with business development partners
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Manage all phases of the business development cycles
  • Proactively source and develop new client relationships and referrals
  • Generate leads for various company services
  • Sales baseline for calendar year required


  Technical Qualifications:

  • Computer literate Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ACT,CRM

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing


  • BA/BS or equivalent, preferred
  • 3+ years of Restoration Industry experience, preferred


  • Willingness to travel nationwide as business needs dictate


  • Valid driver's license required
